April Showers may very well bring May flowers but it can also bring damage to homes and businesses. There are many things you can do to help minimize your risk of damage with just small preventative measures.

Tornado Damage Leaves Homes Vulnerable to Water Damage

As we continue to work through all the tornado damage in several counties, we are finding more and more water damage from homes that were left exposed to water and below freezing temperatures.
We highly recommend if your home is still exposed or without power your make sure home is tarped and if already tarped, check tarp for any damage from recent rains and ice. Flooded basement during record setting rains
The end of February saw record rain falls in Warren county. Five inches of rain fell on the 28th, setting not only a one day record, but an all time record for the month February!!
As the rain continued to fall, homes and business alike begin to feel the effects of the record setting rain. Black Friday water loss? That's no big deal!
SERVPRO of Warren County handles large commercial restoration jobs, too! We received a call around 2:00am on Black Friday from a factory in Bowling Green that had a malfunctioned sprinkler system.
