Wesley is a Bowling Green native, and a graduate of Western Kentucky University.  He has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry. Feeding Our First Responders

The COVID-19 pandemic has taken its toll on every single one of us. Businesses are struggling financially, health care providers are becoming sick and overworked, and our community is riddled with fear and worry. Our SERVPRO team wanted to give back in any way we could, and decided to say "thank you" to all of the first responders who cannot stay at home due to their work. So what better way to say thanks than to provide a warm meal?

Our marketing team hooked up the grill and traveled across Warren County for two days. We provided grilled pork chop sandwiches, chips, and waters to each fire station, EMS headquarters, the police department and the Sheriff's office.  We even made time to stop by some of our insurance agents to thank them for referring us to their customers. The looks on their faces were priceless to us, and we could not thank them enough for still working and being on the front line of danger.

This is one of the many heartwarming statements that can often be heard from coworkers regarding our Commercial Production Manager, Jonathan Britt. During the most difficult year for the SERVPRO of Warren County family, Jonathan was the glue binding our team together and keeping us pushing forward.

Jonathan was named the One Team MVP, which is a prestigious award given by SERVPRO headquarters to one team member from over 1700 franchises nationwide.  This title is granted based on providing the best service to clients, improvements made to the company, and the individual’s promise to be an overall exceptional teammate. 

Within the past year, Jonathan has been the brains of many improvements in communication and leadership among our departments. His focus for the year was to increase the efficiency between our production crews and office staff.
